So I got to play 9.18 extensively this weekend and for me...I like it. I think it works well and the MM change was a well needed adjustment.

Here is my question though and this comes from playing arty for quite a few games.
STUN TIME:
Can Oi Do Stun Dmg Wot 4
In the shells description for a Bat Chat 155 58 it lists a 'minimum' and a maximum value. I think it is min 13.5 and max is like 24 (not sure). So when I was dropping bombs and doing direct hits I noticed that several times I was NOT getting the 13.5 minimum value...so what is this min and max value thing for??? Is that based on a 'penetrating hit only'? So a SPLASH is anything less than 13.5??? I noticed a few 8's and 9' second stuns.
Mission and STUN TIME:
So I am on the mission where I have to stun heavy or TD tanks during a game for 200 seconds. I think it is OBJ 260 Mission 2. So the question is 'what stun value do I receive'? Do i get the full value of each stun from each hit...so if I hit a Maus for 10, 24, 10 in 1 clip...do I get the 44 seconds? OR do I get the actual tank stun time...so if I hit the Maus for 10...then 2 seconds later another different arty on my team stuns him...did that 2nd arty hit cancel out 8 seconds of my 1st hit??? So could my stun times be getting cut short by other arty...which value do I get toward my mission?

This is all explained in the arty page on the WoT homepage...where different hits STACK/ERASE stun time. So how is the mission for me individual calculated?
