The poisson DoT is chaos dmg. The increased poison damage only affects the poison part of the damage, so only the 100 dmg/s DoT would get increased damage from that node. Free 20% bonus damage from Shock on Corpse Pact, 15% bonus chaos damage from Spirit Offering, 10% more bonus damage Plaguebringer, and the passive minion damage bonuses from the passive tree and your ascendancy.

This wand causes enemies killed a chance to explode. Does this synergize with the Profane Bloom node in the Occultist ascendancy? 'Cursed enemies you kill have a 20% chance to Explode, dealing a quarter of their max. Life as Chaos Damage' So a cursed enemy then has 40% chance, yes?
